Step 1 – Careful Inspection
On arrival, your tent or awning is checked over for dampness levels and general condition.
We will also give it a general check for any repairs that may be needed, and contact you if anything is found to discuss your options.
Step 2 – Indoor Drying Environment
Your item is carefully dried in our indoor environment, ensuring it is completely dry throughout.
Once drying is complete, it will be packed back up neatly, ready for collection or shipping back to you.
Step 3 – Final Check & Packing
Before leaving us, we carry out a final check of all areas to ensure everything is dry and in good condition. Your tent or awning is then ready for your next trip or for safe long-term storage.
